Product Description
Ultra-filtration (UF) is a membrane separation technology that can purify and separate solutions. Ultrafiltration membrane system is a solution separation device with ultrafiltration membrane filament as the filtration medium and the pressure difference between the two sides of the membrane as the driving force. The ultrafiltration membrane only allows the solvent (such as water molecules), inorganic salts and small molecules of organic matter in solution to pass through, while retaining large molecules such as suspended solids, colloids, proteins and microorganisms in the solution, so as to achieve the purpose of purification or separation.

Principles of operation
Ultrafiltration is a membrane separation process with sieving as the separation principle and pressure as the driving force, the filtration precision is within the range of 0.005-0.01μm, which can effectively remove particles, colloids, bacteria, heat sources and macromolecular organic substances in water.
It can be widely used in separation, concentration and purification of substances. The ultrafiltration process has no phase transformation and operates at room temperature, which is especially suitable for the separation of heat-sensitive substances, and has good resistance to temperature, acid and alkali, and oxidation, and can be used continuously for a long time under the conditions of below 60℃ and pH 2-11.
